Kapil Sharma (born Kapil Punj; 2 April 1981)[1] is an Indian stand-up comedian, television host, actor, dubbing artist, producer and singer.
Sharma is the host on the stand-up comedy and talk show The Great Indian Kapil Show and The Kapil Sharma Show and has received five Indian Television Academy Awards.[2]
Sharma won the stand-up comedy reality show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge season 3 in 2007.[3] He has hosted and produced television comedy shows such as Comedy Nights with Kapil and Family Time with Kapil.
